THE CURSE OF CAMP COLD LAKE By R.L. Stine
This is a book about a girl going to a camp with what they call "buddies". You meen ghosts? when I was reading this book, I felt like the bone-chilling parts where happening to me. Her mom and dad now might now regret makeing her go to camp. Please read this book and see what I enjoyed! All the description they used was great. For example, when Della was singing the campfire song, it was described as a soft, quiet voice.

spooky picture on the cover! when my girls were small, they read all the goosebumps books they could get their hands on!
ReplyDeleteI read goosebumps all the time as a kid. I may have to read this book for a trip down memory lane, it looks a little spooky :)
ReplyDeleteHoly moly I used to LOVE these books. They certainly used to creep me out, and even now thinking about them I get this weird feeling in my stomach. My favourites were the Night of the Living Dummy ones.
ReplyDelete<3 RL Stine!
ReplyDeleteZombelina, I'm betting you read this book in under 2 nights. The cover is extra creepy and I'm thinking you're a braver ghoul than I am for reading it. Keep up the good work and looking forward to reading more Book Town reviews!
ReplyDeleteGord, I also loved the Night of the Living Dummy Ones!
ReplyDeleteI remember this book. I used to have a huge crush on the girl depicted on the cover art.
